The Hidden Hut
During the week, the hut serves seasonal salads with toasted flatbreads during the day. These are all cooked fresh by hut chefs Simon Stallard and Dan Wilson. There will always be meat/seafood and vegetarian options for these. No need to book, just turn up and enjoy. These can also easily be packed to takeaway onto the beach.
Grilled cheese toasts and freshly baked pastries
As a quick, tasty ‘to-go’ option. Da Bara sourdough breads, grilled and finished with a variety of cheesey toppings. Cornish steak pasties and sausage rolls. Served ready to take immediately from the counter-top display.

Cakes freshly-baked out of the oven every morning…
Made by Maggie, these are proper homemade cakes made to both traditional and contemporary recipes. She uses local free-range eggs and organic flours. Fresh out of the oven every morning – you really can’t beat them.
Fresh Lavazza filter coffee, clipper teas (many varieties), Hidden Hut speciality hot chocolate with fresh cream and marshmallow toppings, chai tea latte.
Luscombe Organics Sicilian Lemonade, Hot Ginger Beer, Cornish Orchards apple juice, freshly-squeezed lemonade (summer only), Roseland elderflower cordial, Ribena cartons, kid’s strawberry milk, cans, water (still/sparkling).
Roskilly’s Ice Creams
Handmade from organic clotted cream over on the Lizard peninsula. Many flavours, including clotted cream vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, honeycomb, mint choc chip, pistachio, gooseberry frozen yoghurt, kea plum sorbet and fresh fruit lollies.
