The Hidden Hut

The Hidden Hut, Porthcurnick Beach

Beach Salads

During the week, the hut serves seasonal salads with toasted flatbreads during the day. These are all cooked fresh by hut chefs Simon Stallard and Dan Wilson. There will always be meat/seafood and vegetarian options for these. No need to book, just turn up and enjoy. These can also easily be packed to takeaway onto the beach.

Grilled cheese toasts and freshly baked pastries

As a quick, tasty ‘to-go’ option. Da Bara sourdough breads, grilled and finished with a variety of cheesey toppings. Cornish steak pasties and sausage rolls. Served ready to take immediately from the counter-top display.

Soup Sundays

Soups Sundays: Every week (except July/Aug) we serves up a selection of seasonal soups and freshly-baked breads & olive oil croutons on Sundays. A firm favourite with the locals! For more info, see a recent write up on Saffron Bunny’s food blog…
