Nathan Outlaw Master Class Season 2012
Nathan has invited some highly respected chefs to join him for one-off Master Class dinners as well as hosting two Master Classes to celebrate his first book ‘Nathan Outlaw’s British Seafood’.
With each guest chef Nathan will cook a six course tasting menu which displays their unique styles and passion for food. Matching wines will accompany each course, selected by Nathan’s sommelier Damon Little. The evenings will be topped with live interviews with the chefs and demonstrations.
Each Master Class evening commences at 6pm with champagne and canapés, and finishes at 10.30pm.
